Because you decide how you want to design your YQU glasses and when you wear which design. Take a look at our range and create a new unknown!

Q - QUALITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The highest priority for us is the quality of YQU sunglasses and prescription glasses and their accessories. Because only if the quality is convincing will you be able to enjoy our products for a long time. Because we are so convinced of our range, we also have very exclusive services available to you.

U - OUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE ENVIRONMENT

We attach great importance to the fact that our products are manufactured under environmentally friendly conditions. For example, we rely on the power of the sun by running part of our production using solar energy. It is also important to us to use sustainable materials. We also contribute to the environment by only using recyclable packaging. We strive to keep transport routes as short as possible.

FROM THE RAW MATERIAL TO THE GLASSES

We attach great importance to complete transparency. With us you will find out where the components of your glasses come from and how they are processed step by step until you can hold your own YQU glasses in your hands.

OUR PRODUCTION - MADE IN AUSTRIA

We rely on sustainable and, above all, high-quality production in Styria, recyclable materials and short supply chains. Experience here more about our partner Edelweyes and be inspired by their unique glasses.

THE HINGE - OUR CENTERPIECE

Only high-quality stainless steel is used for our glasses hinge. The hinge is manufactured in Italy. From there it goes directly to our manufacturer Edelweyes in Austria.

THE GLASSES - EACH UNIQUE

Important parts of our production are carried out by hand. This makes each of our glasses unique. The glasses are checked several times - like this can we guarantee the highest quality.

THE CASE - A SUSTAINABLE ACCESSORY

We also attach great importance to quality and sustainable production with our glasses case. The case is made of certified cork leather, the glasses cleaning cloth is made of recycled PET.

I was immediately hooked on Tim's idea. A pair of glasses that everyone can design according to their own taste and wear in different ways! During my studies, I developed different strategies on how to successfully bring the product onto the market. After completing my studies, I focused on further developing the idea into a market-ready product. When I was able to wear the finished glasses for the first time, it was an indescribable feeling!

Purchasing & R&D

On a warm spring day, I noticed a pair of sunglasses that were black on the outside and white on the inside. I would have thought it would have been nice if the white inside had been more effective. At that moment I thought to myself: What if the temples of the glasses could be rotated? Then one of the two colors could be worn depending on the occasion, outfit or preference. This is how the idea of YQU glasses came about.
