After we receive your order, your glasses will be individually manufactured. The package will then be sent via standard shipping within 2-4 working days.
We're sorry. If the item you ordered was damaged or missing, please contact us using the contact form. This is the fastest way for us to help you.
Please excuse that you received an incorrect item. We don't want to cause you any inconvenience. Please send the package back and you will receive your desired item immediately - and of course free of charge.
An order can be placed on www.yqu.de to all EU countries as well as to Switzerland (against additional shipping costs are covered).

The purchase amount will be transferred within 14 days of receipt of the return - according to the payment method you specified when ordering.
Did you receive a payment reminder despite paying? Then please contact us using the contact form, stating the order number. We will take care of your request as quickly as possible.
Since each pair of glasses is unique and designed by you, exchange is generally not possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us using the contact form. We find a solution for every case that everyone is happy with.
